Customized Financial Delivery Systems Inc. Announces Formation of New Company

Today Customized Financial Delivery Systems Inc. announces that it has established a new company Riacomm Inc. to market it’s new product line of permanent and mobile high speed Internet Satellite solutions. These solutions will be distributed to corporate and government clients and address a number of specific areas including remote access, surveillance, unattended operations, mobile data access and a variety of other applications.

The hardware components will be acquired from C-Com Satellite Systems Inc. with bandwidth being acquired from Hughes Network Systems (Direcway), iDirect, TeleSat and others.

Riacomm will leverage the experience and expertise gained by Customized to delivery products that are designed to address the clients specific needs both today and in the future.

The new company will operate as a separate entity.
